SMALL GROUP
PERSONAL TRAINING IN CALGARY

“Solace Stength is exactly as the name says! It has brought me so much solace during a stressful time in my life and strength when I was feeling my body getting weaker after years of ignoring my health. I love the community of SS, it is full of the most amazing women looking to push themselves and each other without judgement or criticism.”

What our members are saying 🤍

“Once in a while, you find a gem. Something that shines a little brighter than the rest and Solace is just that. It embodies it's name in every sense - when you're here you find Solace in your mind, your breath, your body. The studio is welcoming and completely ego-free, with women of all ages and fitness levels supporting one another. The owner and instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and focus on teaching (not just running a workout) so you actually learn how to move better and understand your body. I've been a part of many gyms, studios and the like, and have not enjoyed something as much as I have, Solace. Hannah has built a community rooted in inclusivity, kindness compassion and her dedication to health in every body shows in all of the details. I came in thinking I’d attend a few sessions to get back into the swing of things, but now I can't imagine not being a part of Solace. If you’re looking for a supportive, empowering place for wellness and training, this is it.”

“Strength in community! My early strength training days were as part of sports teams where you had the comraderie and pushing each other(with a little competition). However the Solace Strength team brings this all to another level, and takes the ego aspect out of training. This allows for people of all levels of strength and technical skills to come together and do what's best for them. As an Osteopath, I love the attention to detail on techniques as well as the change in program every month or so to make the body continue to adapt to different lifts. You're supported on so many different levels by the people and community that's been created here. It's a special place. Highly recommend!”

“I have never been a "gym person"... hated them in fact. I was intimidated by the idea of lifting weights and using the machines. Then I found Hannah and Solace Strength. I started attending her small group training program and never looked back! I LOVE the way my body feels, how much stronger I am, and most of all the community of amazing women that I get to work out with every week. Having a dedicated session to attend means I don't skip leg day, ever. Hannah is incredible at tailoring the exercises to every body type and strength and her ability to give specific prompts to make everything more effective (and safe!) is truly amazing. This is THE gym to be at, whether you are a confident weight lifter or a total newbie.”
