Meet the Solace Strength Team

  • Hannah Carabagiale

    With over 14 years in the industry, Hannah is the founder of Solace Strength and a dedicated coach committed to blending evidence-based strength training with a holistic, person-first approach. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology along with certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Hypertrophy Training, Reflexive Performance Reset, Postural Restoration, and Chinese Medicine Nutrition. Hannah brings a special focus to women's applied physiology—particularly in the postpartum and perimenopausal years—supporting her clients in building strong, resilient bodies that carry them through every season of life.

  • Gui Carabagiale

    Determination, body awareness, purposeful intensity, and laughter are the pillars of how Gui guides and trains his clients—whether they're stepping into the gym for the first time or seasoned enthusiasts ready to push their limits. With over 20 years of experience as an athlete, Gui has trained across multiple fitness disciplines, including Olympic lifting, martial arts, and years of personal experimentation with body transformation—so his clients don’t have to guess what works. Gui’s mission is to help every client feel safe and empowered in their body, proud of their progress, and deeply connected to the person they are becoming.

  • Jamie Jeffs

    Jamie has been immersed in the field of physical health and wellness for 15 years. She completed her degree in Kinesiology and worked coaching one-on-one rehab and strength training before returning to school to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. In her chiropractic practice she's always emphasized an active approach to care and loves coaching exercise, which inevitably brought her back into the gym space as a coach. Jamie's combination of clinical and movement experience helps her understand the relationship between movement, function, and pain. In her practice she focuses on optimizing movement and building resilience to pain or injury to allow you to enjoy and excel at the meaningful activities in your life. She is also a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach, with significant education in lifestyle and movement modifications through pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Beth McIvor

    Beth is a yoga teacher, certified postpartum doula, and lifelong mover with a deep passion for supporting women through all stages of life. With over a decade of teaching experience and extensive training in pre- and postnatal movement, Beth brings a compassionate, inquiry-based approach to everything she leads. Her classes blend functional movement, education, and empowerment to help women build confidence, connection, and self-trust in their bodies. A mama of two and a loud laugher, Beth is equally passionate about movement and community—and she brings both to every space she holds.

  • Olivia Whissel

    Olivia is the organizational heart of Solace Strength, managing all things admin with precision and care. A longtime member turned team member, she began strength training to manage chronic pain—and has experienced firsthand the transformative power of movement. Olivia recently graduated from MRU’s journalism program and brings both creativity and sharp attention to detail to the behind-the-scenes work at Solace. Outside the gym, she’s a book lover and a lifelong motorsport enthusiast, often found at the racetrack on weekends with her family.
