Our online coaching is delivered through the TrainHeroic app, where you’ll receive structured strength programs designed around your goals, equipment, schedule, and training history. Each program follows the same principles we use in our in-person coaching — thoughtful progression, progressive overloading, and long-term strength development.For those located across the city or balancing a busy schedule, we also offer hybrid coaching. This option combines remote programming with periodic in-person sessions to review technique, adjust programming, and ensure you’re progressing safely and effectively.Whether you’re training at home, in a local gym, or moving between environments, our goal is the same:
