With over 14 years in the industry, Hannah is the founder of Solace Strength and a dedicated coach committed to blending evidence-based strength training with a holistic, person-first approach. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology along with certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Hypertrophy Training, Reflexive Performance Reset, Postural Restoration, and Chinese Medicine Nutrition. Hannah brings a special focus to women’s applied physiology—particularly in the postpartum and perimenopausal years—supporting her clients in building strong, resilient bodies that carry them through every season of life.
