A glute-focused class rooted in science-based programming and progressive overload. We train your glutes using tried-and-true methods, combining activation, strength, and hypertrophy techniques to build strong, powerful hips and legs.

Yoga

Held in our peaceful 700 sq ft studio, Solace yoga classes support both mobility and mindfulness. Expect thoughtful sequencing, breathwork, and grounding movement—perfect for recovery, stress relief, or deepening your connection to self.

These 8-week sessionals are designed to guide new mothers through safe, progressive strength training while supporting pelvic floor recovery and overall wellbeing. Baby-friendly, inclusive, and empowering.

Fascial Fridays

A restorative class that blends wave-like movement patterns, banded mobility, and breath-led postural resets to unwind your fascia and down-regulate your nervous system. Perfect for ending your week with intention, this class will leave you feeling open, grounded, and reconnected to your body.

We offer flexible membership tiers to support your goals and your schedule. With over 60+ class times each month, you’ll have no trouble finding sessions that fit your life.

2x weekly - $220/month

Perfect if you're balancing a full schedule or just getting back into training. With consistency and quality coaching, two sessions a week is enough to build momentum, strength, and confidence.

3x weekly - $315/month

Our most popular option. Three sessions per week allows for full-body strength development, better progress tracking, and improved energy, mood, and resilience.

Unlimited - $400/month

For those all-in on their training. Access all Solace Strength classes—strength, mobility, yoga, and more. Great for variety, performance, and integrating movement into your lifestyle.

1:1 & Private Coaching

  • Personal Training

    Work 1:1 with one of our expert coaches for completely individualized attention. Whether you're returning to movement, navigating injury, or looking to refine your strength, we’ll guide you through a customized program rooted in your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle.

  • Private Small Group Training (2–4 People)

    Train with friends, partners, or teammates in a private setting designed just for your group. You'll get the energy of community with the benefit of personalized coaching and programming tailored to your collective needs. Ideal for families, coworkers, or training buddies who want more focus and flexibility.

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

    A hands-on 75-minute experience that blends table-based assisted stretching, breathwork, and corrective movement. FST helps release tension, improve posture, and support nervous system regulation. Also available in shorter follow-up sessions and combined with myofascial cupping for deeper release.
